Once you sign up to SmartCare support you will be provided with access to our online tool which displays information related to your support agreement in multiple ways.
Annotated time line
Shows a breakdown of the time available and displays information against any time logged including a description of the task along with the duration and name of employee assisting.
This section indicates details of the agreement along with 3 gauges that help indicate if you are using, on average, more or less than the amount of pre-purchased time.
A spreadsheet style view of the tasks allocated to your agreement. This can also be downloaded as a .csv file.
